2. Entertainment and Spiritual Disclaimer

We make no representations or guarantees regarding the existence, identification, removal, or communication of spirits, entities, energies, or supernatural forces.

Our services are not scientifically validated methods of detecting paranormal activity, predicting future events, or altering physical circumstances.

Results, interpretations, and individual experiences may vary.

By purchasing or participating in our services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept their subjective and spiritual nature.

3. Paranormal Investigations

Paranormal investigations are conducted for exploratory and entertainment purposes.

By scheduling an investigation, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Paranormal activity may not be detected or documented.

• No particular evidence, experience, or outcome is guaranteed.

• Equipment readings, recordings, photographs, and other findings may have natural or environmental explanations.

• You must have legal authority to grant access to the investigation property.

• Investigations may involve low lighting, electronic equipment, audio recording, and movement throughout the property.

• You are responsible for disclosing known property hazards or unsafe conditions before the investigation.

Dead Serious reserves the right to decline, discontinue, or reschedule an investigation if conditions are unsafe, access is unauthorized, or circumstances make the investigation inappropriate.

A separate investigation agreement and property authorization may be required before services begin.

4. Home Energy Cleansings

Home energy cleansings are spiritual practices intended to create an atmosphere of renewal, comfort, and positive intention.

These services may incorporate incense, smoke, candles, matches, herbs, oils, prayer, sound, or other ritual materials.

By booking a cleansing, you acknowledge that:

• No specific spiritual, emotional, or environmental outcome is guaranteed.

• Cleansings do not replace professional cleaning, pest removal, mold remediation, environmental testing, medical treatment, or mental health services.

• Certain materials may produce smoke, fragrance, or other substances that could affect individuals with allergies or sensitivities.

• You are responsible for informing Dead Serious of relevant property restrictions, fire hazards, sensitivities, pets, and other safety concerns.

• Certain materials or practices may be omitted or substituted at our discretion for safety reasons.

Dead Serious may decline to use flames, smoke, or other materials when conditions present a safety concern.

A separate service agreement may be required for in-person cleansing appointments.

5. Tarot Readings and Divination

Dead Serious offers tarot readings for entertainment, personal insight, and spiritual reflection.

Tarot readings are interpretive and should not be considered statements of fact or guarantees about future events.

Tarot readings do not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Clients should not rely exclusively on tarot interpretations when making significant personal, medical, financial, or legal decisions.

All decisions and actions taken following a reading remain the responsibility of the client.

Asynchronous Readings: Tarot readings are performed independently after the client's question or requested topic has been received. Interpretations are delivered electronically within the timeframe communicated at purchase or booking.

Dead Serious reserves the right to decline questions or readings that are inappropriate, harmful, or outside the scope of our services.

6. Spiritual Products and Custom Items

Dead Serious may offer crystals, spiritual tools, blessed items, gris-gris bags, and other ritual products.

Any descriptions of spiritual properties, metaphysical benefits, energetic qualities, or intended outcomes reflect traditional beliefs, symbolism, or personal spiritual practices.

We do not guarantee that any product will attract wealth, provide protection, influence relationships, improve health, remove negative energy, or produce any other particular result.

Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.

Customers are responsible for using purchased products safely and following any provided handling instructions.

7. Booking, Payment, and Cancellations

Payment terms, deposits, and scheduling requirements will be communicated at the time of booking or purchase.

Payment may be required in full or in part before services are performed.

Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

Any applicable refund, cancellation, or rescheduling terms will be governed by our separately published Refund Policy and any service-specific agreement.

Dead Serious reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to safety concerns, emergencies, illness, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any refunds or credits will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Refund Policy.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate contact, booking, and property information.

• Obtain necessary permissions before scheduling services at any property.

• Maintain a safe environment for in-person services.

• Treat Dead Serious representatives respectfully.

• Refrain from using our services for harassment, intimidation, illegal activities, or harm toward others.

• Disclose relevant environmental hazards and restrictions before services begin.

Dead Serious may refuse or discontinue services when these requirements are not met, subject to applicable law and refund obligations.

9. Photography, Audio, and Video Recordings

Certain paranormal investigations may involve photography, audio recordings, video recordings, or other documentation.

The scope of recording and any permissions for using, sharing, or publishing investigation materials will be addressed in a separate investigation agreement.

Dead Serious will not publicly identify a private client or publish identifiable footage of a private residence without appropriate authorization.

Clients acknowledge that recordings may incidentally capture ordinary environmental sounds, electronic interference, or other naturally occurring phenomena.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of our clients and recognize that paranormal experiences, spiritual questions, and personal circumstances may be sensitive.

Personal information collected through our website, bookings, and purchases will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We will not intentionally disclose private client information or identifying details of private investigations without authorization, except as required by law or otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

11. No Guarantee of Results

Dead Serious makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes of any investigation, cleansing, tarot reading, or spiritual product.

Services are considered fulfilled when the agreed-upon investigation, cleansing, reading, or other service has been completed, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and our Refund Policy.

Dissatisfaction with a subjective spiritual interpretation or the absence of paranormal findings does not, by itself, establish that a service was not performed.

12. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

Certain in-person services may involve ordinary physical or environmental risks, including low-light conditions, equipment, smoke, fragrances, and open flames where permitted.

Clients agree to disclose known hazards and follow reasonable safety instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dead Serious will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from conduct for which applicable law prohibits such limitations.

Any additional risk acknowledgments or liability provisions for in-person services may be addressed in separate written agreements.

13. Intellectual Property

All original website content, branding, logos, service descriptions, photographs, written materials, and other creative works produced by Dead Serious are the property of Dead Serious or their respective rights holders.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

14. Age Requirements

Clients must be at least 18 years of age to independently purchase or book services.

Services involving minors require prior approval and the consent and participation of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.

Dead Serious reserves the right to decline services involving minors.

15. Right to Refuse Service

Dead Serious reserves the right to decline or discontinue services for legitimate reasons, including safety concerns, inappropriate conduct, unlawful requests, lack of necessary authorization, or circumstances outside the scope of our offerings.

This policy will be applied consistently with applicable nondiscrimination and consumer protection laws.
